  • Feast-themed mocktail
  • Homemade bread with butter, local peach butter
  • Traditional rabbit stew
  • Buffalo burger slider with bacon jam, micro greens
  • Herb grilled pork chop with corn relish, apple slaw

  • Ayres’ Tea Room chicken velvet soup

  • Steak au poivre with local fresh greens, bacon green beans
  • Lemon verbena pound cake with raspberry sauce

Featuring flavors from the last 100 years, with a medley of iconic foods highlighting decades of our past with flavorful modern twists.

Menu:

  • Classic Caesar salad with homemade Caesar dressing, toasted parmesan, basil crouton
  • Vichyssoise (Leek and Potato soup with chives, served chilled!)
  • Tomato tea sandwich, featuring local sourdough, Heirloom tomatoes, cream cheese, red onions, and summer herb sauce
  • Beef Bourguignon featuring local beef with red wine gravy, garlic smashed potatoes, roasted maple summer squash
  • Carrot cake cupcake with cream cheese frosting, candied walnuts, candied carrot
